Sales Support Specialist

Position Summary:

The Sales Support Specialist will provide customer service and order management for Timbuk2’s B2B customers which is made up of Corporate Sales, Wholesale and International distributors. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has mad organizational skills and can multitask all day long. They are excited by the intersection of operations, sales and service and they enjoy inter-departmental communication and multitasking. They may or may not dream about Vlookups and wow others with their inbox tidiness. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Support the sales reps with their client needs as it relates to inventory, pricing, and order processing.
  • Maintain all B2B Sales Orders, alerting customers to order status and inventory allocation
  • Manage all order entry / revisions / cancellations / returns
  • Project manage orders to ensure on time arrival to meet customer needs
  • Troubleshoot process and systems issues as they arise, create efficiencies and streamline existing workflows
  • Create SOPs as organize all cloud storage files
  • Field incoming calls/communications from partners and accounts
  • Assist corporate/wholesale/international partners with warranties, replacement parts orders, online customizer
  • Manage logistics operations including shipping quotes, tracking and order fulfillment
  • Support in preparation towards seasonal sales meeting
  • Create, disseminate, and catalogue any non-seasonal product selling materials

Qualifications, Skills and Education

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (ex. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques is a plus.
