Senior UI-UX Designer (Remote)

Salary Range: $87,792.00 - $170,048.00
Position Summary:
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of complex and innovative projects that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. You will work closely with e-commerce managers, subject matter experts, developers, and other designers to ensure that our products are user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the design process from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with product goals and objectives.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation.
- Continuously seek out new design trends, tools, and technologies to improve the design process and stay up to date with industry standards.
- Communicate design decisions effectively and articulate design solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills and Education
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX and UI design.
- Proven track record of designing successful digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and design thinking.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Experience leading design projects from ideation to launch.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree in design or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in UX and UI design
- Experience working in agile development environments.
