Salary Range: $16.50 - $22.14 

JOB SUMMARY

This position performs multiple general duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Helps assemblers move furniture to Q.C. area.

• Keeps work area clean and safe.

• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Helps machine operators move work in process from machine center to machine center
• Helps machine operators load/offload parts from machines conveyors
• Helps material handler segregate parts as production schedule requires
• Does all of the above in a manner that meets company safety requirements including, but no limited to, wearing safety equipment provided by the company

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Work involves walking, talking, hearing, and using material handling equipment.
• Vision abilities require close vision assessments
• Required to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. continually and 75 pounds occasionally.
• May be required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Moderately loud noise levels in plant environment.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EDUCATION

Required Qualification:

• Detail Oriented
• Teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably wood products
