Position Summary:

We achieve great things thanks to our talented, engaged, high-performing team, and we’re looking for a Senior Director to lead our HR Business Partner function with the mission of cultivating and growing this team in support of the business.

 

As the Senior Director, HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategic HR solutions, programs, and practices that align with the company's overall vision and business objectives. You will lead our HRBP function with to drive business transformation, build organizational capability, and enable a high-performance workforce. You will work closely with leaders across the organization to provide thoughtful advisement and innovative solutions by market and function, while developing effective human capital plans to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our business model, culture, and team to drive alignment of human capital and business strategies.
  • Create and execute HR strategies and programs focused on cultural transformation, communications, global DEI&B, leadership capabilities, and continuously elevating talent bench strength.
  • Serve as a key member of the HR Leadership Team, helping to develop, drive, and sustain HR functional excellence.
  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of HR Business Partners who support the organization's various business units.
  • Partner with the HRLT, HR COEs, and senior business leaders to identify and develop HR initiatives that drive success and growth through talent and engagement.
  • Provide insightful guidance and recommendations to leadership on an array of people-related subjects, including talent acquisition/talent management, employee relations, performance management, corrective actions, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Partner with HR COEs to develop and implement effective enterprise-wide HR programs, processes, and policies that align with the company's culture, values, and strategic goals.
  • Help develop and implement employee engagement and culture initiatives that foster a healthy, positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  • Advise with up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Analyze and interpret HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders and executive team.

Qualifications, Skills and Education

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience as an HRBP, with proven track record of success in supporting a variety of client groups (e.g., corporate, manufacturing, retail, etc.).
  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business success and growth.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships of trust and credibility across the organization at all levels.
  • Bi-lingual (English / Spanish).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and team members.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to business leaders and executive team.
  • Passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment and fostering employee engagement.

Competitive Salary: Our compensation philosophy is to be externally competitive, internally fair, and not win or lose on compensation. Salary ranges are developed with the support of national benchmarks and industry best practices that adjusts to your cost of labor, years of relevant experience, skill set, and education. The salary range for this position is $178,655-$227,785-$276,915.
Bonus: This position qualifies for a 30% bonus target.
Hybrid Work Schedule: We support employee needs and their work/life balance so we offer the flexibility to work remotely while being onsite as needed for “collaboration days.”
