Intern - Accounting

Position Summary:

Exemplis is a fast growing consumer products and durable goods manufacturer operating seven innovative brands (i.e., Timbuk2, X-Chair).  We are launching the search for our 2023 Internship Class, so the question is:  Do you have the motivation and enthusiasm to contribute your skills in this fast-paced (but FUN) environment?  Our 12-week internship includes work on real business challenges, an investment in your development, and an opportunity to meet some amazing people.

This 12-week internship opportunity will provide an inside look at corporate accounting!  

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

•    Develop an understanding and hands-on working knowledge of the Accounting department functions
•    Assist with monthly accounting activities, as well as researching, filing, and recording complete financial records. 
•    Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents. 
 

Qualifications, Skills and Education

Required Qualifications:
•    Currently enrolled in college earning a degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
