Executive Assistant

Position Summary:

Are you a hyper-organized, fast learner?  As an Executive Assistant, you will support our CEO and have the opportunity to work with key business leaders across our rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate will use sound judgment while working in a fast paced, goal-oriented, ever changing work environment.  Working closely with the CEO and interacting with all levels at the Company, this position is responsible for using discretion, confidentiality, and a good understanding of the business.  You will need to have excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities to complete a high volume of complex tasks with minimal to no supervision.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Communicate with stakeholders both internally and externally; interface with the Board, other leaders and team members with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
  • Help support and create PowerPoint presentations for Board Meetings, Management Meetings and their company events.
  • Manage Concur expense reports for the team, invoices, and check requests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and facilitate designated meetings and perform related administrative needs, such as meeting scheduling, logistical planning, and chasing action items.
  • Calendar management and scheduling for multiple leaders.
  • Help arrange complex domestic and international travel and accommodations, at times including chartering private aviation.
  • Arranging logistics and catering for internal meetings.
  • Handle last-minute sitautions; stay calm under pressure.
  • Flexibilty for occasional need to work off hours.

Qualifications, Skills and Education

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or related position working with high-level executives.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point with experience in Concur and Microsoft Teams a plus.
